On March 15, 2023, Lansdowne Borough Council and Mayor Magda Byrne recognized long time resident and member of the Civil Service Commission Richard Smalley. While words cannot capture all of what we would like to say, Richard Smalley's work made a huge impact on the Lansdowne community and in the hiring of many great Lansdowne officers. Richard Smalley will be missed.
