Delaware County Housing Authority
Delaware County Housing Authority and its component unit own and operate 1,000 plus units of affordable rental housing,and administers 3,000 plus Housing Choice Vouchers primarily under auspices of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Delaware County Housing Authority programs operate as follows:

Friendship Circle Senior Center
Senior Community Services' Mission: To provide independent and meaningful living for older adults through direct services and programs in the home and community.
SCS is a community based organization with over 39 years of experience, four national accredited senior centers, and an abundance of programs directly serving the aging population in the service area of Delaware County. SCS' goal is to continually develop and improve upon a comprehensive, coordinated and accessible system of services responsive to the needs of the aging population within the community. Last year, SCS' programming touched more than 16,000 lives in Delaware County.

The PA Department of Aging is the only state agency in Pennsylvania whose single duty is serving people 60 years of age or older and their families. Through our statewide network of 52 Area Agencies on Aging, we provide as many as 50 benefits and services to older Pennsylvanians.

About PEMA
The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) helps communities and citizens mitigate against, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other human made disasters.
PEMA supports county emergency management agencies by coordinating and engaging the whole community including:
- Federal and state partners
- Volunteer organizations involved in disasters
