Baltimore Avenue Tree Planting
On Saturday, November 21, dozens of volunteers joined Lansdowne Borough staff to plant trees along Baltimore Avenue. This project, funded by Pennsylvania’s TreeVitalize Program, provided free trees to be planted along the avenue from Lansdowne into East Lansdowne. Come Spring we can enjoy the shade of their labor when we find the area more pedestrian friendly and environmentally pleasing.
