- 2011 Trash-Recycling Program Education
- The staff will execute the following communication mechanisms to inform residents of program once the schedule is ready and can be communicated:

- Borough website: announcement on homepage
- Borough Newsletter, January
- News of Delaware County and Delco Times
- A notice of distributed with the hand delivered magnets in the fall
- LEDC newsletter
- Council will execute the following supplemental communication mechanisms to support the education efforts:

- Environmental E-blasts: Barbara will send an announcement and periodic reminders to her email list of residents
- Article in Lansdowne Leader, which is distributed to all homes.
- Marlyn Park Master Site Plan Update
- Borough will work on boundary issues in 2011; other items will be done as grants are awarded to cover the expense.
- Craig will develop a work plan and prioritize boundary issues that affect Martin Dr., Marlyn Ave., and Eldon Ave.
- Park & Recreation director will work on the plan w/Craig.
- Park & Recreation board will have input
- Craig will develop a work plan and prioritize boundary issues that affect Martin Dr., Marlyn Ave., and Eldon Ave.
- Engineering work is being done on the wall.
- Small maintenance projects might be done in advance of the easement project, such as the split rail fence to replace chain link fence.
- The Borough will be doing some sewer work to protect the creek; will reduce inflows.
- This committee will keep this item on its agenda to monitor progress.

- $12,000 for downtown trash & recycling containers
