Set a policy for updates being sent to website

Borough TV

Discussed ideas for adding to the borough TV, currently the borough shows the borough council meetings on the TV and nothing else. On Comcast it is channel 10 and on RCN it is channel 52. The channel is ours. If we do not show anything Comcast shows PCN and RCN is a black screen. We have a power point presentation that could be shown on the channel once refined.
