|Approval of Minutes||Mr. Smith made a motion to approve the January minutes. Mr. Bartmann seconded. Minutes were unanimously approved.|
|110 South Wycombe Avenue||Plans were presented to the Commission regarding subdividing a single property to build a twin house. Original house burned in a fire – lot is currently empty. The planned structure will front onto Linden Avenue. The house will have a brick front on the first story with vinyl siding on the second story and sides. The side facing Wycombe Avenue will be completely sided with a gable. There was discussion about changing the direction of the siding to vertical or use scalloped siding in the gable to break up the look of the house and add visual interest. The property will not be fenced.
Mr. Bartmann commented that the foundation planting list is acceptable and suggested the addition trees along Wycombe Avenue.
Ms. Floresta commented that the driveway along the front would not be preferable and that trees along Wycombe Avenue would help improve the appearance of the property.
