Approval of Minutes Ms. Allen made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 2009 meeting, seconded by Mr. Bartmann. The minutes were unanimously approved.
111 South Wycombe Avenue Commission members reviewed the final plans. Findings included:

• South and east fences are not shown consistently on each drawing
• Placement of trees in front of the house is still too symmetrical

Mr. Bartmann made a motion that the Commission approve and sign the plans conditional on the fences being installed and the trees being moved to be less symmetrical. Ms Allen seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.

Mr. Jozwiak reported that the Borough received a zoning application for a subdivision and the building of a twin house at 110 South Wycombe Avenue. This should be coming before the Commission shortly.

Bike Path Update Ms. Allen introduced Mr. Bennett who is a member of the Bike Path Subcommittee. Ms. Allen reported that a notice about the February Commission meeting to discuss the Bike Path plans appeared in the January Borough Newsletter. There an email address that people can respond to. The subcommittee needs to get public input and develop a budget before going to Borough Council.

At the February Meeting the following topics will be covered:

• High Level Overview
• Map
• Bike Racks
• Sharrows

Mr. Bennett shared the Delaware County Bike Plan which was 10 years in the making and commented that the subcommittee’s long-term plans involve
connecting with other routes including the Darby Creek Greenway

Mr. Bennett urged Commission members to attend an upcoming meeting in Upper Darby regarding a continuous trail through Lansdowne and the neighboring communities.
Adjournment Mr. Bartmann moved that the meeting be adjourned and was seconded by Ms. Schaner. The meeting adjourned at 8:10 pm.
